Return & Refund Policy

At NewNexify.Store, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refunds.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective, damaged upon delivery, or different from what was ordered.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within the specified period and provide their order number and evidence of the issue when applicable.
